Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) were the programme managers for the Youth Development Programme, that programme ended in 2016, but VSO is still very busy in Uganda and still working in Gulu.

Although ETC at GDPU is entirely independent from both VSO (and DFID) we have kept in touch with VSO  staff in Gulu  and their support and advice was invaluable in the early stages of this project.
